Project Description
This project consists of a new 211,322 sf, four-story shell office building and
a 247,300 sf four-story detached parking garage. The building is designed to have
a central condenser water plant. This project will be seeking an Austin Energy Green
Building rating. Goetting and Associates is providing MEP commissioning services.
