Project Description
The 147,830 sf three-story office building is a certified LEED® Gold project. Goetting & Associates provided the fundamental building commissioning services necessary to satisfy the prerequisites of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Certification program. G&A also provided the reviews and documentation necessary to qualify for the commissioning credit.
