Project Description
This 35,000 sf, single-story bio-medical research laboratory complex ranks in the
top facilities capable of studying emerging and deadly infectious diseases. The
complex includes a Bio-safety Level 4 (BSL-4) containment lab which is the fourth
of its kind in the United States. Goetting & Associates performed mechanical, electrical
and plumbing commissioning for the BSL-3 and BSL-4 laboratories. Pre-functional
performance commissioning was performed during the construction phase of the project.
Functional performance commissioning was completed prior to project completion.
