Project Description
A 169,000 sf, 4-story office building. All AHU's are on lowest level. Medium pressure
VAV air handling units supply 50°F air to variable primary volume constant secondary
volume terminal units. The building has complete vent cycle and DDC energy management
system. Goetting & Associates authored the commissioning documents and performed
the pre-functional and functional testing for all MEP systems on this project.
