Project Description
Goetting and Associates is providing fundamental building commissioning services
for a new 110,000 sf 5-story medical office building. Commissioning services are
being provided to achieve LEED® Silver rating in accordance with pre-requisite No.
1 of the USGBC LEED® Certification program. Commissioned systems include: domestic
water distribution, heating and cooling generating systems, HVAC distribution systems,
terminal and package units, HVAC controls and instrumentation, special HVAC systems
and equipment, systems testing and balancing, electrical service and distribution,
lighting control, emergency lighting, special electrical systems
