Project Description
Goetting & Associates served as the Commissioning Authority for the construction, acceptance and warranty period of this high-security Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) facility. Goetting & Associates was responsible for ensuring that all systems were complete and functioning properly at the time of occupancy; that TDCJ's operating personnel were properly trained; applicable equipment and systems were installed properly and receive adequate operational checkout by installing contractors; verifying and documenting proper performance of equipment and systems; and ensured that Operations & Maintenance (O & M) documentation were complete.
